The cottage is equipped with WiFi.  Simply bring your passwords to enjoy your personal  music and movies.  We also provide books and games for more low tech enjoyment.

The fire pit patio (an old corn silo) is your own private outdoor retreat to enjoy any time of day or evening.  You are also welcome to walk our fields and gravel roads.

Your own private new two stall shed row barn with private paddock turnout for short stays with your horse (s)

Veterinarian lives on premises.

Perfect for local horse shows or for a stopover when traveling.

Our goal is to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.  The bathroom is furnished with plush towels, shampoo, lotions, make up remover and a hair dryer.  The laundry has a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Even if you forget to pack something, we probably already provide it.

The loft bedroom is set up with a premium queen bed fitted with the best linens and multiple pillow choices to ensure a good night sleep. 

The main floor has a plush queen sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests in your group.

Each morning we hand deliver a continental breakfast featuring  locally grown seasonal fruits, and bakery items,  and organic yogurts and cereal.  We offer fresh organic whole been coffee, tea from  Dominion teas in Purcellville. and hot chocolate from Harbor Sweets. We also stock organic single serve coffees, teas and hot chocolate.  The refrigerator is filled with organic milk, half and half and orange juice.  Feel free to bring additional food to cook in the fully equipped kitchen.
