The cottage is only rented to one group of one to four people each night at a rate of $205/night for 1-2 persons plus $75 each additional person up to four total guests. Taxes not included in rates. 2 night minimum stay required on all holiday weekends. Reservations from this website are directed to VRBO. There is a $500 refundable damage deposit applied to each reservation.
10% discount for all stays of 7 or more nights. Email us directly for information on booking the barn for your horses.
Guests are asked to enjoy our dogs and cats en lieu of bringing their own pets. And, as much as they may beg, please, no pets in the cottage.
We also ask there be no smoking in any building and that cigarette/cigar remains be properly disposed of in receptacles provided.
No children under ten years of age.
